Espion appoints Gavin D’Alton as Senior IT Security Consultant

He will be providing advice in Enterprise Risk Management to Espion’s clients in the following areas of Information Security Governance, Risk Identification, Management and Analysis, Audit, Pen Testing, Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Planning and ISO27001 and PCI Consultancy.

Gavin joins Espion from Mazars Consulting where he worked for 7 years as IT Audit Manager. He has 7 years experience in the areas of IT security audit, risk management and compliance in both an internal and external audit context for both the public and private sector in Ireland and the UK.

He holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from University College Dublin and a H-Dip in Business and IT from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, Dublin. Also, he is formally accredited as a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
