Now referred to as ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, this is a set of requirements against which the quality management system of an organisation is evaluated. This certification assures our customers that the management processes in place at Espion are up to international quality standards.

In September 2006, the main Credit Card brands (American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa, Inc.) set up the independent Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) to oversee and manage the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS applies to all organisations which hold, process, or pass cardholder information. The PCI SSC’s mission is to enhance payment account data security by driving education and awareness of the PCI Security Standards.
